Submit details of the missing or stolen item through our user-friendly ticketing system. You can attach photos, receipts, serial numbers, or any identifiers that may assist in recovery. The more accurate your report, the better the chances of locating the asset.
Step 2: Case Review & Verification
Our team reviews the submission to ensure all necessary details are included. For corporate or government assets, we verify the ownership and category before escalating to relevant authorities.
Step 3: Track Your Case in Real-Time
Once verified, you’ll receive a unique tracking number. Log in anytime to see status updates, check new developments, and communicate with the assigned handler or investigator.
Step 4: Authority Engagement
We share confirmed reports with the right enforcement agencies, security units, or recovery teams. In some cases, reports are also published in our searchable lost-and-found directory to alert the public on recovered public assets.
Step 5: Follow-Up & Resolution
Check your ticket for updates — whether the asset is recovered, identified in a different location, or officially closed. Even after closure, your data remains securely stored for reference.
